Revelation 3:1-22
3 “Make you write to the angel of the congregation for Sarʹdis say: This na the things wey the person wey get the seven spirits of God and the seven stars talk: ‘I know the things wey you de do, you just get the name say you dey alive,* but you don die.
2 So make you wake up, and make the things wey remain, wey go soon die strong, because I see say for my God eyes, you never do your work complete.*
3 So make you continue to remember wetin them don give you and wetin you hear, and continue to do-am and repent. True-true, if you no wake up, I go come like thief and you no go ever know the hour wey I go take come meet you.
4 “‘But you get few people* for Sarʹdis, wey be say them no dirty their cloth. This people go waka with me with white cloth, because them qualify to do like that.
5 The person wey win go wear this kind white cloth and I no go ever wipe im name comot from the book of life. Instead, I go talk for front of my Papa and the angels say I know im name.
6 Make the person wey get ear hear wetin the spirit de tell the congregations.’
7 “Make you write to the angel of the congregation for Philadelphia say: This na the things wey the person wey dey holy talk, wey be the true person, wey get the key of David, wey be say when e open the door, nobody fit close-am, and when e close the door, nobody fit open-am:
8 ‘I know the things wey you de do—see! I don open door for your front wey nobody fit close. And I know say your power no plenty and you follow wetin I talk, and you no ever deny my name.
9 See! Those people wey come from the synagogue of Satan wey talk say them be Jew people, but no be wetin them be, instead na lie them de lie, see! I go make them come and bow for front of your leg, and I go make them know say I love you.
10 Because you follow wetin you hear about how I endure,* I go still protect you from the hour of test wey go come the whole earth, to test people wey de live for the earth.
11 I de come quick-quick, make you continue to hold wetin you get tight, so that nobody go collect your crown.
12 “‘The person wey win, I go make-am pillar for the temple of my God, and e no go ever comot from there again, and I go write the name of my God ontop-am, and the name of the city of my God, the New Jerusalem wey de come down from heaven from my God and my own new name.
13 Make the person wey get ear hear wetin the spirit de tell the congregations.’
14 “Make you write to the angel of the congregation for La·o·di·ceʹa say: This na the things wey the Amen talk, wey be the faithful and true witness, the first person wey God make before e make any other thing:
15 ‘I know the things wey you de do. You no cold and you no hot. I for like-am if to say you cold or you hot.
16 So because say you just dey warm, you no hot and you no cold, I go vomit you comot from my mouth.
17 Because you de talk say, “I dey rich, I don gather plenty money and property, and I no need anything at all,” but you no know say your condition bad well-well, people de pity you and say you dey poor, blind and naked.
18 I de advice you say make you buy gold wey them don clean with fire from me so that you go dey rich, and still buy white cloth to cover your body so that people no go see your naked body wey go make you shame, and make you buy eye medicine wey you go rub for your eyes so that you go fit see.
19 “‘All the people wey I love, I de show them their mistake and I de correct them. So make you repent and serve God with all your heart.
20 See! I stand for front of the door de knock. If anybody hear my voice and open the door, I go enter im house and chop evening food with-am and e go chop with me.
21 Anybody wey win, I go allow-am sitdown with me for my throne, just as I win and sitdown with my Papa for im throne.
22 Make the person wey get ear hear wetin the spirit de tell the congregations.’”
