Romans 5:1-21
5 So, now wey God don talk say we dey righteous because of faith, make we enjoy peace* with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Na still through Jesus road don open for us because of faith to enter this special favor wey we de enjoy now, and make we de really happy* because of the hope wey we get to receive the glory of God.
3 No be only that one, but make we really de happy* when we de suffer since we know say suffer go help us endure;
4 and when we endure, God go gree say we do well; and when God don gree say we do well, we go get hope;
5 and the hope no de fail; because God don pour im love inside our heart through the holy spirit wey e don give us.
6 So true-true, when we still dey weak, Christ die for sinners for the time wey God don fix.
7 E go hard for anybody to die for righteous person; but person fit try to die for good person.
8 But God show im own love to us as example for this way: when we still be sinners, Christ die for us.
9 So, since God don talk now say we dey righteous because of Jesus blood, we really dey sure say the thing wey e do go save us make God no vex for us.
10 If the time when we be enemies, we make peace with God through the death of im Son, then true-true, God go even use the life of im Son to save us now wey we don make peace with God.
11 No be only that one, but we still de happy because of God through our Lord Jesus Christ, wey be the person wey don make us get peace with God now.
12 Because of that one, just as one man make sin enter the world and death come because of sin, and so death spread to everybody because all of them don sin—.
13 And sin be dey the world before the Law, but them no fit talk say person don sin when law no dey.
14 But death rule as king from Adam go reach Moses, and even rule people wey no sin for the same way wey Adam sin; and Adam be like the person wey de come.
15 But the gift no be like the sin. If because of the sin of one man many people die, then true-true, many people don even gain more* from the special favor of God and im free gift wey e give through the special favor of the one man Jesus Christ!
16 Another thing be say, the way things happen with the free gift no be the same way things happen because of the one man wey sin. The judgment after one sin na to condemn people, but the gift after many sins na to talk say people dey righteous.
17 If because of the sin of the one man, death rule as king through that person, then true-true, the people wey go even receive plenty special favor and the free gift of wetin dey righteous go live and rule as kings through the one person, Jesus Christ!
18 So, just as through one sin, God condemn all kind of people, na so too, through the one correct thing* wey person do, God go talk say all kind of people dey righteous to get life.
19 And just because of one man wey no obey, many people become sinners, na so too, because of the one person wey obey, many people go dey righteous.
20 Now the Law come after so that sin fit increase. But when sin plenty, special favor even plenty more.
21 For which reason? So that just as sin don rule as king with death, na so too special favor fit rule as king through wetin dey righteous wey go bring life wey no go end because of Jesus Christ our Lord.
